Instructor Spotlight
Nicole Sidhu
Kohai
Nicole began her martial arts journey at the age of eight, training under Sensei Josh, Sensei Vinny, and Sensei Shayne. With the encouragement and support of her coaches and family, she quickly developed a deep passion for the sport that continues today.
Martial arts have shaped the way Nicole trains, coaches, and lives her life, strengthening her sense of identity, confidence, and perseverance.
Along the way, she discovered that the colour pink, cotton candy, and plenty of heart can coexist within a traditionally male-dominated sport. Femininity is powerful.
Nicole is passionate about helping young students build strong character, discover their own strength, and grow confidence on and off the mats, all while creating a space filled with growth, positivity, and plenty of smiles.
